5. Payments & refunds

Fees, timelines, and payment schedules are set out in each proposal or statement of work. Invoices are due as specified, and late payments may pause work. Because our services are custom and delivered progressively, fees for completed work are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing timely access to the systems, data, and people needed to deliver an engagement, and for ensuring you have the right to share any data you provide to us. We will follow your access and security policies and use credentials only for the agreed scope of work.

7. Intellectual property

Our website content, brand, frameworks, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of Konrad Sudyka Ventures LLC. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you own the deliverables created specifically for you once fees are paid in full; we retain ownership of our pre-existing methods, templates, and know-how.

9. Third-party tools & AI outputs

Our work often relies on third-party platforms and AI models. We do not control their availability or pricing, and AI outputs can be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated output before relying on it in regulated or high-stakes contexts.

10. Disclaimers

Our services are provided with reasonable skill and care, but without warranties of any kind beyond those stated in your written agreement. We do not guarantee specific business results, and nothing we provide constitutes legal, medical, or financial advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
